Cluey Learning offers different plans, each of which has its own pricing and policy rules.
Saver Plus plan
Session cost
The total cost for a 1-hour 1-to-1 session is $65* (incl GST).
The total cost for a Standard Group session is $55* (incl GST).
Payments
Payments for sessions are taken 4 weeks in advance via a weekly billing cycle.
Rescheduling Sessions
The Saver Plus plan allows the reschedule of a 1-to-1 tutoring session free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduled sessions must occur before the next session, and where the same tutor is unavailable, other tutors may need to be utilised.
Rescheduling of Group sessions is not allowed.
Cancellation of Sessions
Under the Saver Plus plan, any paid session needs to be used before the next scheduled session. Cancelling a session will result in forfeiting the session fee.
School Holiday Pauses
The Saver Plus plan provides the option to pause or continue sessions during public school holidays.
Pausing an Enrolment (outside of school holidays)
Pausing an enrolment is not permitted on this plan, except during school holidays.
Notice Period
A notice period of 4 weeks is required for the cancellation of an enrolment, cessation of services or to change to an alternative plan.
Refunds
Any unused credit (as a result of paid sessions that had been cancelled and were eligible for a credit) will be refunded if the Cluey account is cancelled.

Cancellation of Sessions
Under the Flexi plan, cancelling a session up to 48 hours before the session’s scheduled start time will result in a full credit to use for a future session. Sessions that are cancelled within 48 hours are not eligible for a credit.
Discounted sessions (for example, sessions under the “Starter Pack” discount) are not eligible for credit.

Pausing an enrolment outside of school holidays is permitted on this plan, for a period up to 4 weeks.

* A credit card surcharge may apply to cover the processing fees associated with the type of card used for payment. The surcharge is calculated as a percentage of the transaction amount:
- 0% (No surcharge) for Visa Debit cards
- 0.49% for MasterCard Debit cards
- 0.72% for Visa Credit cards
- 1.10% for MasterCard Credit cards
- 1.50% for American Express cards
These surcharges are not greater than our cost of acceptance.
